Booking Policy

At DBJ Studio, we value your time and ours. This Booking Policy outlines the terms and expectations when scheduling appointments with us. By booking a session, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy. If you have questions or require special accommodations, please contact us.

1. Booking Platform

All appointments, consultations and strategy sessions are scheduled through our official booking tool - Calendly (unless stated otherwise by DBJ Studio). Upon booking, you will receive a confirmation email with the date, time, and Zoom link (if applicable) for your booking.

2. Free Bookings

We offer select sessions (such as discovery calls, feedback chats, or general inquiries) free of charge to support prospective and existing clients.

 

Please note:

  • You may reschedule or cancel up to 12 hours in advance using the link provided in your confirmation email.

  • If you miss a free booking without prior notice, it will be marked as a no-show.

  • If you miss two (2) free bookings without notice, you will be required to pay a non-refundable fee of £50.00 for any future sessions, even if the session type is usually free.

 

This is to ensure fairness and protect our time and availability for other clients.

3. Paid Bookings

Some services, strategy sessions, or custom workshops may require payment prior to booking. This will be clearly communicated to you.

Paid Booking Terms:

  • Payment is due prior to booking, unless otherwise agreed to by DBJ Studio.

  • You may reschedule up to 12 hours in advance without penalty.

  • Cancellations within 12 hours or no-shows are non-refundable, unless due to an emergency or agreed upon in writing.

4. Communication & Reminders

Calendly will automatically send you a confirmation email and reminders before your session. Please ensure your email address is entered correctly and check your spam/junk folder if you don’t receive an email.

5. Late Arrivals and No-Shows

Free Bookings:

  • Sessions will be cancelled if you are more than 10 minutes late without prior notice.

  • Repeated no-shows may limit your access to future free bookings.

Paid Bookings:

  • If you arrive late, the session will still end at the scheduled time.

  • No-shows will result in the forfeiture of your booking with no refund.

6. Technical Issues

  • We recommend testing your internet connection and device prior to the meeting. If technical issues prevent us from completing a session on our end, you will be rescheduled at no additional cost.

  • If you experience technical issues that prevent you from attending, please contact us as soon as possible to discuss rescheduling options.

7. Recording and Confidentiality

  • Sessions may be recorded by DBJ Studio for the purpose of note taking.

  • Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of any sensitive information shared during the meeting.

8. Changes to This Policy

DBJ Studio reserves the right to update this Booking Policy at any time. Updates will be posted on our website with the revised date.
