Booking Policy
By booking a session, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy. If you have questions or require special accommodations, please contact us.
Booking Confirmation:

All bookings must be made through our official booking platform Calendly (unless stated otherwise by DBJ Studio). You will receive a confirmation email with meeting details upon completing your booking.

For paid bookings, confirmation will be provided once payment has been successfully processed.
Payment Terms (for Paid Bookings):

Payments must be made in full at the time of booking if using Calendly. Or prior to booking if making a manual payment.

Booking fees are non-refundable.
Rescheduling and Cancellations:
Free Bookings:
You may reschedule or cancel up to 24 hours before your appointment time.
If you cancel less than 24 hours in advance or fail to attend, we reserve the right to limit future free bookings.
Paid Bookings:
Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the appointment are eligible to reschedule at no additional cost.
No refunds are provided for cancellations.
Late Arrivals and No-Shows:
Free Bookings:
Sessions will be cancelled if you are more than 10 minutes late without prior notice. Repeated no-shows may limit your access to future free bookings.
Paid Bookings:
If you arrive late, the session will still end at the scheduled time. No-shows or arrivals over 10 minutes late will result in the forfeiture of your booking with no refund.
Technical Issues:

We recommend testing your internet connection and device prior to the meeting. If technical issues prevent us from completing a session on our end, you will be rescheduled at no additional cost.

If you experience technical issues that prevent you from attending, please contact us as soon as possible to discuss rescheduling options.
Recording and Confidentiality:

Sessions may not be recorded without consent.

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of any sensitive information shared during the meeting.
