Initial Consultation:

This is our chance to truly get to know each other. We'll listen intently to your vision, understand your business goals, discuss your challenges, and explore the unique essence of what you do. This conversation is all about providing you with clarity.

Proposal:

Following our chat, we'll send you a proposal that outlines our recommended services, a clear scope of work, project timelines, and investment details. This ensures complete transparency and alignment before we move forward.

Contracts & Payment: 

Once you've reviewed and agreed on the services you'd like to proceed with, we'll send over your contracts for digital signing, along your invoice to make the initial deposit payment. If you've opted for a payment plan, all the details of your payment schedule will be clearly outlined for you.

Building Together: Collaboration & Creation

Project Portal:

From this point on, you'll gain access to your project portal. This acts as the central hub for your project until it's ready to leave the nest. Here, you'll find all signed contracts, questionnaires, to-do lists, a project tracker, final files (when they're ready), and more, ensuring everything you need is organised and easily accessible.

Project Kick-off & Deep Dive:

This stage sets the foundation for our collaboration. We'll outline project milestones, confirm timelines, and conduct a thorough deep dive into your brand's DNA or website's functional requirements. This ensures we're perfectly aligned on objectives and expectations.

Strategic Development:

This is where the magic of strategy happens. Depending on your project, we'll immerse ourselves in research, develop your core brand strategy, or plan your website's architecture. This foundational work ensures every design decision is purposeful and impactful.

Design & Iteration:

Here, your brand or website begins to take visual form. We'll present design concepts, gather your feedback, and iterate together. Our process includes feedback loops to ensure your voice is heard and the final output fulfils your requirements.

Ready for Launch: Delivery & Beyond

Balance Settlement: 

Once your project has been approved and signed off, any outstanding balances will be settled.

If you're paying via a payment plan, your completed brand assets and files will be released to you in accordance with your agreement, ensuring a smooth transition to launch.

Final Delivery & Handoff:

We'll prepare all final files and upload them to your project portal. We ensure you receive everything you need, clearly organised and ready for use.

If you've built a website, this will be transferred to you.

Guidance & Support:

We don't just hand over your files and disappear. For branding, we equip you with comprehensive guidelines to maintain consistency. For websites, we'll provide training for you to manage your new platform.

We're also here to offer ongoing advice and support as you navigate your brand's growth. Unless you decide against it, we'll also schedule quarterly check-ins for the first year to ensure everything is running smoothly, and to support your continued success.
